Your fear is the thing that is holding you back. That is the quote I've always hold on to. I was one of those people who gets so comfortable in my comfort zone and hates failure. But then I realise that no success comes with no failure. That's it. You never know what you're capable to do until you try something you never knew possible. One of the biggest issue I've always had is thinking of how other people's opinion would be. I always want to please people, so that was one of my biggest issue. But then again, I realised, I can't please everyone. I remember one of my experience, I was told that I paid to win the competitions. At first, that really shook me.
